Yesterday at Mecum Auction, a stock Model A 1929 Sport Coupe sold for 26,000.

I've sold cars at Mecum (2011 & 2010) and they are pretty well organized. Decent people to deal with.

I had full intentions of going to this sale as I always swing thru the Corvette Show at Old Town(same town as the auction) the same weekend. But I didn't make it this year- doing the final detail on a customer car that's getting delivered tomorrow.
