Default 1933 radio cut out

hopeing some one on this site has knolage about the radio cut out on a 1933 ford .on the bottom it has two termanuls one marked a other f .the gen has two wires not marked or color coded .how do you figure which wire goes where ? is it adjustable if so how ? thank you

there is no need to adjust it as long as it works. The output of the generator is set by the third brush. A=armature, F=field. One of the wires goes to the generator field it is grounded at the base of the cutout and the other goes to the brushes or armature, it is on the cutout terminal.
