Turn Signal Wiring
I recently bought a Signal Stat 900 turn signal switch to replace the existing toggle switch that currently operates the turn signals on my car.
I’m trying to figure out the best way to splice the new switch into the existing wiring (which works fine). The old wiring is cloth wrapped, not plastic wrapped like the signal switch. I bought a separate terminal block (pictured with the signal), but I’m not sure that is the right way to go. What do you think? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Re: Turn Signal Wiring
I just strip and twist the wires together [western union], solder and shrink tube them. Then I try to hide them in a woven time period loom.

Re: Turn Signal Wiring
Forget the terminal block, those are intended to mount in an accessible location (firewall). Splice as Patrick says.
