Default 1933 pickup, webbing between cab mount and frame?

Getting ready to set my 1933 cab on the frame, my question is,
should there be a piece of webbing between the wood block
cab mounts and the frame?

Thanks for any input and information.

I don't know about your 33, but my 41 had a thin rubber belting between the original wood and the frame. I suspect you should have webbing between the wood and the frame.

Just a note; the rear of the cab should not touch the frame. Some wood blocks are copied from old wood that was shrunk. Newc
