That wagon looks a bit "uppity" to me. Ours had a seat that was just even with the top of the side boards of the bed. Took us to town twice a year for groceries in Eagle, Idaho. It also took us to Boise around thanksgiving time when we took a couple of turkeys to give to poor people along the way and one for our thanksgiving day dinner, cooked by an aunt that would come to Boise and drive us to Melba in her Chevrolet. Kids would chase after us screaming as they thought my uncle was Santa Claus. He had a white beard.

Fun times with now worries, just a world war going on.

That’s a neat picture. I’ve seen it before and always wondered why and where it was taken, and how it ever got into circulation.

That sedan reminds me of my grandpa's Model A. We lived in the back woods of a place
called Relay. My Mom and aunt would use it to go to a flowing well about a mile from the house and fill up water kegs. This was around 1938.

It is watermarked SHORPY. The photo is for sale without the watermark in different sizes. Shorpy.com

Thankful, someone took the time to photograph this type of beauty in Buttermilk Junction, Martin County, in April 1937

Looks like plate glass in that roadster windshield in Wilcannia.
