Default Fun at Mart's. 32 Sedan Pt13: Brakes. Ol' 59 Pt7: Crack braze. Plus Gavin's new car!

Hello! Welcome to Mart's Garage. In this week's video we take a look at Gavin's new acquisition, a 32 5W coupe that will be getting some fettling. I make a little progress on the 32, weeding out bad brake cylinders and starting to assemble up the brakes. It's slow progress, but progress nonetheless. I decide to bite the bullet and make an attempt at a repair on the Ol'59 Flatty. It didn't quite go as expected.
After asking for feedback I have gone through and reworded the titles on my recent videos. It might help people following the 32 sedan and 59 flatty projects.
Anyway, thanks for dropping by and checking out what I've been doing, take care and I'll catch you on the next one.
Please like, subscribe and share with friends.
Cheers!
Mart.

Couldn’t a sleeve be put in without welding up the crack?, guess I’m not sure how sleeves work.

Great show, Mart!! The truck of yours really moves in traffic!!!....oh, that was just you with the "fast forward"???

Noble effort with the crack brazing...as you said, it'll be hard to make is worse.

Very interested to see in later episodes how the sleeving goes, particularly in that cylinder.

Thank you for filming and thank you for posting. You've become quite good with your camera!!

Good to see your video Mart. That car belonged to a friend of mine who passed away earlier this year. He bought the car out of Georgia, just the body and frame.

Cheers Jack. Ah, so it came from Georgia. I hope I didn't give out any other incorrect info.

Everything was pretty much spot on. I texted Gavin also to let him know. Mike bought the body and chassis in Georgia. He installed the running gear.
