Default clutch pedal return spring

I'm reassembling the clutch pedal on my AR tudor. What's the easy way to reinstall the pedal return spring?

I believe Glenn is talking about the spring that is used at the clutch pedal of a car with a multiple-disk transmission installed. The spring is only used on these early cars. Glenn's 28 Tudor is an early AR car. As far as I know the spring is only available from Bratton's. See page 54, part number 11390.

I have rebuilt a number of Multi-disk clutch assembly's, but have never installed this spring on a car, therefore I am of no help. Someone out there who has done this before may be of help.

AA trucks used a similar spring on the pedal. I helped restore a 1930 AA but don't recall how I did the spring, so it must have gone on with no problem. Right now I can't even picture what the other end of the spring hooked to.

I also had a multi-disk car that I rebuilt the clutch. I do not remember hooking up the spring. Most have been easy, so I'm no help.
