Does anybody know if a 53 Ford car hood will fit on a 54?

I think that 52, 53, and 54 are interchangeable.

I would do a lot of measuring before buying. While the back of the hood seems to be the same, I believe the front is different.

The hoods and the hood hinges interchange 1952-54,all models are the same (Source: 1952-54 Ford Parts Manual).The '54 inner and outer fenders are different because of the change to IFS from kingpins.

I have found that the hood bird has a diffrent spaceing. Not a big issue but should be noted..
