Default 32 wood floor pattern

Does anyone have the correct floor pattern, thickness and type of wood for a roadster? Mines shot and was looking to make one.
Thanks

A tip for locating the holes if you make your own: Make sure the threads are clear in the holes and the holes are aligned so the screws will go in at 90 degrees to the boards. Cut the head off a hold down screw and grind a point on one end. Insert the screw in one threaded hole with the point up and push the board down onto it to make a center mark to guide the drill. Counter bore and counter sink the holes in the boards to accept the cup washers. Note the screw threads are 12-24. Also a router is needed to reduce the thickness of 3/4 inch plywood around the edges so the boards fit flush. Not that hard to make a pattern for the outline if you are patient.

Roy Nacewicz, the but and bolt guy makes them and they are right on. Give him a shout. 734-654-9450. Great guy to work with. Great products.

There was a thread a while back about pedal plates and floor boards. Here's a link-
http://www.fordbarn.com/forum/showth...oard&showall=1

Note that many use a router to relieve the backs of the boards. Post #26 in the thread above shows the original boards from my '32 Tudor. The relieving appears to have been done with a LARGE dado blade. I was able to duplicate that effect by using an 8" circular saw. I tacked a simple frame around the area to be relieved offset by the distance from the edges of the saw foot plate to the edges of the blade. Then, I set the blade at 1/16" depth and was able to move the saw back and forth and sideways until I had the area pretty well cleaned up. Then, I set the blade 1/16" deeper, repeated the cut and then kept going deeper until the desired cut was finished. I had intentions of making a photo shoot or video of the process, but never got around to it. IF YOU TRY THIS, BE CAREFUL! THERE ARE A LOT OF BIG CHIPS FLYING AROUND AND THE SAW IS BEING USED IN A WAY IT WASN'T INTENDED TO BE USED!
