A good undamaged used hub that bearing races have not spun out in. Furnished with the old races removed so that you can see the undamaged mating surfaces.
With the cost to convert to new cast iron drums it would be foolish to use an imperfect hub. $40, new repro hubs cost over 3 times this much.
