Re: 32 shop manual
This is what is often referred to as the "Green Book". It is a great book to own, but not a repair manual. When you go to order a book (repair or parts) be sure you know which one you are getting. The chassis parts book is great to determine which parts fit which model/years. But, it was for shops to use as in what would fit, it is NOT correct for "as it left the factor" parts.

http://www.faxonautoliterature.com/1...nt-P13076.aspx https://www.themotorbookstore.com/19...echanical.html You can never get too much information about old Fords. This is another one but I don't know what the best ones are if a person is only looking for one book to fit all needs. http://www.faxonautoliterature.com/1...int-P9146.aspx CD-Rom are also available: https://www.faxonautoliterature.com/Search.aspx?c=3264 Last edited by rotorwrench; 02-06-2021 at 06:13 PM. |

Re: 32 shop manual
The '32 (only) service bulletins and '32 chassis parts catalogs reprints are frequently listed on ebay and Amazon inexpensively. The green cover book cited by deuce lover is not a reprint of an original Ford publication, but it is worthwhile. If you are interested in originality as you seem to be given your spring shackle bushing thread, avoid the big green parts catalog as it may mislead you as JSeery points out. It only lists service parts still available sixteen years after your car was built and often they aren't the same parts as those the car was built with.
