Default Parkling light stuck on, Headlights not working

Hey guys,
I have a 39 Ford Deluxe Fordor.
I installed the headlights/tail lights today and the parking light is stuck on, and the headlights don't work.
Silly question, but where is the parking light switch located?

Appreciate any tips to figure this out, thanks guys.

The bottom of the steering gear in the light switch.

ahh ok thanks, ya the horn rod did get tweaked a bit when I first tried to take it out the wrong way. So maybe it's either that or something with that switch.

If my horn works do you think there would be anything wrong with the rod that would effect the lights/switch?
