Can someone tell me the width between the ribs on the rear section of a 29 Model A tudor sedan? The section with the window in it.

As I recall the 1st one forward of the rear header is 10" the rest are 12" can measure for sure in a couple days.

Are you meaning the vertical metal bars that run from the bottom to the belt rail behind the rear seat back?

Yes, please. The back window area, measurement between the metal bars that run from belt rail up, not side windows.
