sub Frame 28-29 roadster p/u

Hi folks iam in the process of putting the sub frame togeather on my 28-9 r/pu
could someone please tell me the very front off the sub frame has a risser for the floor boards to go onto,now the bottom part that is conected to the main sub frame dose that go under or over top off the main sub rails. It is the part that holds the front quarter panels on to the sub frame.
