Winter is highly over-rated!

We're getting a little taste of what the North East guys have to put up with. I'm tired of it too. Haven't even hardly seen a snowflake for the last few years, at first, I thought "isn't it pretty", now it's getting old.
I'm in the midst of an engine swap, so since we can't really get out and do anything else, I'm getting a lot done.

The only thing good about winter is you don't have to deal with insects, especially our state bird, the mosquito.

I was done with Winter the second day of Winter. I've always hated Winter, especially since the Ardennes in 44. Cowboying in Montana wasn't a piece of cake either, it was calving season during February where is was sometimes -20 average. Of course I'm old now, cranky and I'll be complaining about the heat come Summer down on the border also.

9 degrees this morning on the way to work. I have 4+ feet of snow in my front yard.

My Dad would tell me: "Quitcherbellyachin!"

Id settle for the monsoon season over this. Feels like Manitoba. I have repaired my snow shovel three times now and I hope it lasts til spring. Yuck!

Just don't send the 9 degrees.

It's not that I hate it, just when you don't expect it, it messes up you shedule.

My coupe is all torn apart, so I can't even go for ride in the snow.
