Vintage rear trunk
City:
Howell
State:
Michigan
Price:
$200 obo
1920's to 1930's rear external trunk. Made by the Potter Mfg. Co. in Jackson, Michigan. They made these for inexpensive new cars like Model A Fords that didn't have factory trunks. Ford dealers sold them as accessories. This one is in good straight unrusted condition, missing a latch on the left front. Bottom is good.
Covert it to a tool box, parts bin, cooler, beer keg box ,auxiliary fuel tank or use it for its original purpose. Size is 34w x 18 high x 11 deep. Restore or use as is. Great patina. $200 obo. Happy to answer any questions or send pictures. Can't get pictures to load for some reason. |
