Not snow bird but snow plow. home made Model A tractor from a Model AA truck.

Howdy boys, i'm looking for info on what i believe to be a "Snowbird" conversion. Only two axles in the rear, and skis on the front, but the wheels/tires stay on.

My freind Herb driving his model T snowmobile several years ago. He died at age 91
