1953 Mercury Flathead Camshaft
I removed this 1953 Mercury camshft from a low milage Mercury Flathead engine some time ago that I was rebuilding. it was replaced with a mlld regrind.
It has been in dry attic storage eversince. My question is befrore I list it in the Swap Meet is it correct for a 1953 Murcury being an EA? Any guess what it is worth? Thanks for your help, Mark Last edited by Mark Slight; 11-07-2013 at 06:06 PM. |

Re: 1953 Mercury Flathead Camshaft
I have an EAC in my 8rt .060 over and it is a stump puller ...Lots of torque. the EA is almost as good, it has less lift and duration but works very well in a stock 239 with 2 bbl carb and headers...prolly worth $100.00 if it checks out good... $50.00 as a core
