This is an NOS 1946/47 Ford Sedan Delivery fender. No evidence of it ever being mounted on a vehicle.
It is marked 21A on the outside but I don't think that is correct. Inside in red wax pen is 51A 16313-A. My Ford book says its correct for 1946 and 1947. My Hollanders interchange says, by changing the trim holes, it will fit 1942 thru 1948. By adding tail light holes it will fit all 42 thru 48 passenger models. More photos available.
