Default Gas gauge/tank sender question

Putting a new Drake tank and sender unit in my '35. Is it pretty much a drop in with the original gauge, ohm wise? Or do I need to do anything beside just measure the float rod? Thanks, Kevin

That's pretty much it. Measure and bend float wire.
Their senders are set up for the original gauges ohm wise.
Make sure you get a good ground wire from a screw of the
outer ring screws. Gauge wire to center screw.
Good luck,

Bob-Hampshire, illinois

35 used a hydrostatic unit. No ohm's involved.

Hardest part is getting the float set right for your guage. Note the other ground suggestion above. LouB.
