Spindle Bolt "NUT" ?
JS. states, Second style was 7/8 long portion hex . I have 2 complete early 1930 front ends and found them to be 13/16 long portion hex -5/8 wrench size. I have a complete Mid 1930 [July] front end and 3/4 long hex size -11/16 wrench size. JS. states third style is 1 inch long. Having a hard time finding any that size.- n.o.s. King pin set has the 3/4 long -11/16 .So after Aug,1929 thru 1931 is 1" as stated in JS. ? Anyone has a 1" long spindle nut and what would be the wrench size?? I would think after 3 front ends and 2 n.o.s. King bolt sets i would come across a 1" thanks.. then what would be correct for a 1930/31 NUT? I did find black paint on 2 of them.
