I don't have one and don't know what size to get at NAPA. What size would the crank key be? Looks like 3/16x 3/4 .

There are two different size Woodruff keys, one for the timing gear and one for the pulley.
1/4 x 1" and 1/4 x 3/4"
The last time I needed one, it was obtained from my local hardware store.
