Default exhaust manifold

Having a tidy up, and came across this unusual right hand side exhaust manifold. It appears to be a typical 37-39, but the outlet is 'angled'. Attached pics with a regular 37-39 for comparison. Anyone know what year this was for? Have also attached for your interest is a manifold for the English Ford V8 Pilot. This is a left side. I am looking for a right side one...as I have 2 lefts. Thanks

That Pilot left side manifold would be handy for those installations where there is interference between the exhaust and the steering box.
