I need to reline the brakes on my 34, and I see that Macs sell an original woven type material. Have any of you guys used this lining? Or can you suggest/recommend some other? Tia.

I use the soft grey ones,get the local brake guy to bond them on the shoes,they work OK in the 33 and 34.

I too, use the locally supplied soft, dark grey material as supplied by my local brake specialist or B and T outlet. Get it bonded onto the shoes.

I installed a set of MAC's woven/bonded shoes on my '34 several years ago and am completely satisfied with their quality and performance....

I had my shoes relined with the woven material and they work great. I had them done by Northwestern auto supply. They also have tons of NOS parts for almost any old car. give them a call. 616-241-5611
