Point taken. Given positive result with .047 jets in the primary, I will re-jet the secondaries as well. Radiator swap soon.

Generally overheating at idle or slow traffic is due to not enough air flow through the radiator. Do you have a shroud?

I haven’t read the entire post , BUT , what kind of vacuum do you have ?
I do agree it sound lean ( placing fingers over carb ) and looks lean . |
