What Ford Stands for~
Ok, so we've all heard them right? Found on road dead. Fixed or repaird daily. etc etc. I've even thrown them at Ford owners since I do, gasp, have a bunch of Chevy's.
So this morning, I went to type in fordbarn.com. My hands were resting just one position too far to the left on my keyboard. When I typed 'ford', I got 'dies'. Now I just think that is TOO FUNNY. I have 2 model A's and love them, to no haten please, I just couldn't believe what my fingers typed. Tom |

If I move my fingers one position to the left with 'chevrolet' I get 'xgwceikwr'. but moving them one position to the left with ford gets 'dies'. See if...nevermind. Also, I'd actually kinda like to come up with something good for chevy, but the above two are kind-of a stretch. We need something better. I'll think about that.... |

GMC- Garage Man's Companion
BMW- Bring Money With (for repairs) I had a Ford hat on at a Chevrolet show over the weekend and one of the Corvette guys asked me why I had that hat on. I told him- "Someone around here needs to have some class." That went over like a fart in church. |

Re: What Ford Stands for~
The typewriter I learned on in school back when my Model A was still a pup didn't have any markings on the keys. I never did learn the correct fingering for the numbers, but I typed this message without looking at the keyboard.

Re: What Ford Stands for~
Probably the most useful course I took in high school was typing. It's the one skill I use most of the time.
I typed this without looking. Rog |
