I did see the BJ auction results as well, unfortunately I have trouble believing in Santa Calus as well.

There are more sales like the Auburn 2011 one that seem a little more real;

Now for me, if the owner wouldnt pull the incorrect <1925 motor and discount the rest, Id walk right past it... This one is owned by a 90 year old dame in town, Mabel, and she drives it all the time! ws





This is a matching number car. She was widowed 30 years ago, and her husband swore he'd never let her learn to drive. She always wanted a model T roadster and bought this with his life insurance money, then learned to drive AND drive a T to boot. I guess she showed him! BTW... she does her own work on it at 90!

I know 20k is a pipe dream.... but I feel with a bit of elbow grease and a warm Spring day, I can do better than 5k.... It isn't eating anything sitting in the barn...
