My old one is broke. Guides on arms are worn & wasted & the Handle mechanism is broken. They don't make all the parts to repair. Ebay prices are out of site.

The mounting plate and spacing/ configure are different; won’t work as such
I’ve looked at using the components on the correct plate but never done it
The gears etc are same
I can rebuild most but if u have to use the new winder mech it gets really pricy. I have not been able to interchange the winder component parts with originals very successfully so full assembly required

Thank for your reply. I notice that the mounting holes are different & the plate. I'm going to make templates for both units (Overlays) to see the actual difference
between Them. Cutting & drilling modifying the inner door will be no problem.
(only nuts & bolts) old hot rod saying. I've ordered the regulator & look forward to the challenge. This is what fun about the hobby. Drilling & cutting the inter door skin will nerve show with cover on door.

There are no apparent "B" or later window regulators that are similar to those in the 190A. The A-16202-R (left) & A-16203-R (right) are common to the 68C Cabriolet, 160A Standard Fordor, 160B Town Sedan, 160C Deluxe Fordor, 190A Victoria, 295A Town Car Delivery & 400A Convertible Sedan. However, there are a set of "AA" regulators that appear to be the same as A-16202-R & A-16203-R Regulators except that their arms are longer and could be shortened. These are the AA-219204 & AA-219205 used in the 210A AA Panel Delivery, 275A Funeral Coach, 280A Ambulance, 285A Deluxe Police Patrol & 300A Deluxe Delivery.
