Default 1939 Ford Deluxe Radiator Hold Down Spring

There is a spring on each side of the bottom the radiator to hold it to the frame. What is the order of installation. From the top is it bolt, spring, radiator, rubber pad, nut and cotter pin. Or is all reversed with the spring under the frame. Pretty anal, I know, but it is better than to have to take it off later because everyone who sees it says its upside down!

From the top:

Bolt, Radiator, Pad, frame, spring, nut, cotter key. Obviously, don't compress the spring to the point it binds. The spring is there to let the radiator flex on the chassis.
