1936 sedan toe board pictures

Can someone post some pictures of the toe board areas on their 36 ford? Also were the pannels that went around the pedals and column metal or wood stock?

The toe board panels, driver/passenger side are plywood, approximately 12" square. There is a metal panel that attaches over the driver side around the brake/clutch peddle, steering column. The wood toeboard panels install into a recess in the body floor the the metal trans cover attaches over the trans.

Thank you for the responses. Working on floor repair and trying make it like the stock floor. Another question, my car has been swapped over to hydraulic brakes and 39 style pedals, does the pedal arm touch the metal part of the floor when all the way up? Or are mine out of adjustment.

Pedal bumpers for a '36 were originally mounted in the circled areas on the underside of the toe board. Not helpful for modded brake pedals, but that's what came on 'em.

Could the metal one Coop put into post #6 be for commercials?



Also notice the old staples around the edge of Don's picture. They held the felt which sealed the junction.
