Default 29 pick up bed sills

Can anyone tell me if the wood sills under the narrow bed are 3 1/2 by 1 1/2 inches, ( i.e. a 2X4)? My truck came with these and I am not sure if they are correct. Some of the holes don't line up with the steel bed, and I think the prior owner might have made his own. Thanks, Ed Saniewski

Ed, I measure two different sets and they both measured 3-5/8" x 1-1/2". Hope this helps. Randy

Thanks guys, it just seems that the wood should be wider. The bolts that go thru the wood, to the frame have to be redrilled very close to the edge to line up. I thought the wood would be about 4 1/2 inch wide.
