Default Gas tank questions

Hi new member here from New England.
Inherited my dad's 34, 5 window coupe.
Just getting into restarting, has sat for 10 years.
Looking in tank looks good tank may have been replaced, I don't see any scale. Does any one have pictures of a cut open tank so I can get a better idea
Where the baffles are? I'm sure I'll have many question to come.
Thanks in advance.

If what you see is clean I don't think you need to go any further. Not sure why you would need to know the location of the baffles? If the car sat for ten years I would be looking at the rubber flex hose that is on the firewall going into the fuel pump and the fuel pump itself. Those rubber parts(hose and fuel pump diaphragm) should probably be changed as they are a potential problem, not knowing exactly how old they may be at this point.

Many, many, many new parts in 09 before my dad passed. I did find the pics of the baffles on this web site from prior years. I was just curious how far I could see, if I stuck a scope in there to look at the upper part inside condition. Going to put the glass filter back on the fuel pump and a plastic in- line for starters. Oil up the cylinder walls for a few days and turn it over by hand. Fresh gas and oil. A littrle anti freeze and cross my fingers.

Terry, That'll be exciting when it fires up...I'd crank it over without sparkplugs until it builds oil pressure. Sounds like you know what you're doing...Good luck, hope you've got no stuck valves! enjoy!
