My powder coater in Clinton Ma. has all the Model A colors. Look up Central Mass. Powder coating, they did mine for $65 ea. including sandblast and prime.

Nancy,
First, welcome to Fordbarn. This is really a great site for the Model A hobby!

I would also recommend Central Mass. Powder Coating in Clinton,MA (973-365-1700) for an estimate and possibly a couple of samples they have prepared on small metal plates. If they will send them to you then you can decide, in the natural light, which one you would like. I had found that the original color I wanted, which was their straw, was too yellow for me in the natural light so a sample will help. I don't know if you are aware that having a wheel powder coated WILL NOT cover any imperfections in the rim or spokes.

I see you checked into ford barn with CapeCod1939 which leads me to believe that is where you live. Just to let you know there is a club on the Cape, Model A Ford Club of Cape Cod which has a Web page thru Hemmings. Go to Hemmings.com and type in Model A Ford Club of Cape Cod. There also is an application form if you want to consider joining the club. From there you will also find us on Face Book in the Links section.

If you need any more info about the Powder Coating or the Club just PM me or send an email to: [email protected].
