I wrote a book about my experiences, starting as a child and buying my first Ford model A when I was fourteen; the A bone satisfied me for only two years
and I could only be satisfied with a 1940 Ford.

I purchased a 40 model that had been flipped over into the creek (the county had moved the bridge) plus another '40 and I swapped the bodies on the frames with enhancements inside and out. It ends after marriage.

I added headers, aluminum heads, columbia overdrive, and installed a little dc motor in my 45 rpm record player in the glove box ( it was "just a fit"). etc

It is available in Amazon Kindle as ' The Way it Was; you should write a book!'
