Anyone have pictures of your manifold heater door solution on a 1930.

The only problem I see is that the door itself, is too loose. It's either all the way open or fully closed. I made a flat spring that holds the where I put it. Other than that, it's ok. Also, I haven't found a good piece of flexible exhaust pipe for it yet and it works fine without it.

That is actually the door I have been using but with the deflector flipped the other way! Works good but keeps closing up, I should try the spring setup you have shown there. I have been putting a cut up tin can between the door and manifold cover. Works good but has a tendency to rattle.

the one sold by the part suppliers such as synders will work on a auto lite heater mine works well!!!
