Question Newbie Questions

Hi all.
Just bought my first "A", a 1931(?) with a homemade huckster body.
I'm thinking of getting the speedster body kit from Mac's, and doing a conversion. Anyone have any experience with them? I'm not the greatest mechanic in the world, but I do know one end of a screwdriver from the other, plus I have some friends that are pretty good mechanically.
The basic car has juice brakes, recently rebuilt engine, 12 volt conversion, and more, so I think it will be a good basis for the speedster.
Any thoughts??

Personally I like the look of the 28-29 radiator on a speedster but many have made speedsters out of Model A with great success (except in poor and cold weather).

I just figured out how to post an Avatar Picture of the Mutt
That's what I call it since it seems to have features from all 4 years of Model A production!.

My speedster body is the same one Mac's sells; it is actually made by a company called Rootlieb. Send me a PM (Private Message, click on my user name and click "Send a Private Message") if you want the details.

Put a hood on it, change the paint a little and I think you will have a fine looking truck with minimum dollars spent to use for gas to drive the tires off of it.

I decided to keep the Mutt as a Huckster! I have a 1930-31 hood on the way, so with new bumpers, the hood, some paint, and a little woodwork, I think I'll have a unique little wagon to run around with!
Thanks to everyone for your input.
