I was there for the first time. You are living the dream. Thank you for opening up your shop to all of us. Seeing the bus you bought from Lee's auction was the highpoint for me. I see you are working on the rear axle. Were you just trying to get it rolling and stripped it down that far.

Do you think that was an Illinois correctional truck because of the bars on the windows and the white paint under the black??

Thank you again for doing this and I suspect that I may need a vendor spot or two next year.

Thanks for putting this show/swap on. I got there late. I drove in with the Indian Motorcycle truck. It was fun and I enjoyed being able to be there. I put almost 300 miles on that lil truck that day. I hope to make it next year too.

oh dont worry i attended haha i drove my s10 painted in WW2 scheme...

i got some deals, saw some deals and decided to pass and ponder it but when i went back the guy had packed up and left. Amazing workshop Ken! one of these days i wish to just have a pole barn!

I cant wait to see that chicago prison bus back on the road, i saw the wood roof is going to take a very skilled craftsman to redo but would look amazing. Beautiful 28 firetruck too!

great food too! i saw one burger that slipped between the grates

Hey all its actually an actual passenger bus. Lee Hartung made it into the "prison buss" for himself and for his "museum". we are hoping to have it rolling one day...Just so much to do...Be sure to mark your calendar for next year...
