Default Transmission questions, syncros...

Is it possible, plausible, to put the synchronized gears from an early V8 trans into an A case? My memory has some cobwebs blocking something I might or might not recall about that.

Unfortunately, no. You need to run a Model B transmission which has the synchronized gears or a V8 trans with an adapter.
