Default 1928 Light Switch Rod Question

I need to replace the light switch rod on my '28 Roadster. I did a search and didn't find my answer. Is the lights switch rod one of those items that there is only one source and all of the major Model A suppliers have the same product or is there a difference in quality. Looking the major supply houses all of the prices are comparable.

This may be a very subjective question so I will apologize in advance.

Thanks

Ron

I don't know of any quality nor dimensional differences, so buy with your next order of parts.

Can you tell us just WHY you have to replace it? If not damaged to much, they can be restored and I promise you, you will be much happier with an original than with a reproduction!

To answer your question, all horn rods currently being made are made by the same manufacturing company in Oregon that has made them for years and they work fine.
