I did a set fof 16" for myself on a large lathe. Commercially, look up Wheel Works in New Jersey. The owner is named tim. He has done a number of wide 5 wheels for us.

There's a shop in NJ that does very good work. A search may bring up some previous post with his contact info. If I were home I could find and post his contact info.

try http://rallyamerica.com/ who is wheelkid on the hamb. They build their own wire wheels so no doubt they would be able to do something with your wheels.

Find a stock car racer and ask him where the guys get their wheels widened. Quite common on stock cars to have them done.
