If you're referencing my post, your picture is not showing a 2x4 under the front body cross member. I place a floor jack below that "body" cross member, measure vertically from the jack's saddle to the underside of the cross member, cut a 2x4 to that length, place it in position, and slightly jack upwards. This way you can do it by yourself so you don't need someone else to strain their back and you're not rushed to slide the fender out.
