Default Horn id info

A while back, someone possibly Mike V, posted some information about the Armature bracket sizes, shaft sizes, etc. to further identify a horn. I am not talking about the information in the judging standards which only covers the cover. If someone can re post, that would be great. I thought that I had made a copy of that and put it in my files. But evidently not!
