I have a Ford 94 series 59 carb. Taken apart,ultrasonic cleaned, correct flat power valve 7.5, rebuild kit. All on a stock rebuilt .060 59ab flathead. Runs great with my 97 card. 94 carb floods the engine, barley starts, wont idle. Floats set at 1 5/16. with the float bowl full and carb off, if I lean it a little forward, to the front,I can see gas leaking into the lower part of the carb just above both butterflies. I have had it apart so many times trying to figure it out, no luck! Any help even if i'm doing things wrong, Greatly appreciated. Ron
