Nice '36 and good luck with your "project". It's your truck so do what you want. I kept my '34 all original as well as my '37 1 1/2 ton dump truck. Enjoy!!!

As Jeff mentioned, "Keep us posted"

Wow Uncle Buck, that is a nice looking dash panel (aka firewall). That will keep you busy over the holidays

I agree, all old (and some new) Ford trucks

'35 and '36 Ford pickups are the tops in my book. Of course I'm not prejudiced, they are just a darn good looking truck. '40-'41 Ford trucks come in a close second. But I like the '32-'34's too wait also the Model A trucks all years ahhhhh

Hey Uncle Buck, I found this in the middle of Hiway 2 just East of Snohomish. Did it fall off your new truck? Just kiddin', but it sure looks the part...

haha , that's nicer than what was on my truck. I had planned on cutting the truck up and keeping the firewall, door window frames, and front and rear axles since those and a few hardware items salvageable over the weekend. A friend of mine called me before a couple days beyI started and talked me out of it. I still got the axles and this is what he did with the rest of the truck.

trying to install fenton headers on my 35 ford pickup, the passenger side is not an issue however the drivers side will not allow me to fit the header due to clearance issues with the steering box, I do not know its year, do i need to change the box to a 40 ford ,when the headers were purchased from speedway they stated an issue with the bolt head on the box and would need some minor fitting issues but so far not close to fitting the 48 ford flathead v8 that is in the truck
