Re: 66 fairlane
The 66 Falcon Ranchero was on a 67 Fairlane platform. The right quarter panel from a 67 Fairlane.

Re: 66 fairlane
Though not related to your concern, I had a fun experience with a Fairlane linkage. Picked up a 61 Starliner and it never steered correctly and pulled to the right consistently. I knew the linkage on it didn't look right but tinkered with it about a month. I fixed the pull to the right (control valve wasn't adjusted correctly) and aligned it. Steered 100% better, no pull and the only issue was it didn't return too good on turns. Fast forward a couple months I picked up a complete 61 steering linkage, box and ps components. When I pulled the old linkage off and matched it to the other it was nite and day difference. I just needed to know what that linkage was. One day I got on eBay and put in different Ford cars and searched for a picture of what I had. Finally ran across a 68/69 Fairlane/Torino that matched. Why someone would do that is a mystery to me.

I cannot say authoritatively as to whether they (arms) will work or not. I used to know but it has been years and all of my info has been stored. The whole trick is that the 66 FAIRLANE was widened to accept the FE. The MUST was widened in 1967. Let me do some research and I will get back...

Re: 66 fairlane
OK...
The 65/66 MUST control arms are the same, 6 or 8. The FAIRLANE spindle/hub is needed. MS or PS? Drum or disc?

The cylinder was on the left side of the car? At least they didn't use CHEBBIE parts...
