Any one ever seen any horn with the bug screen installed backwards ?/.. I have the 2nd type Ames, with the stand up plug ins & it has the above.. It looks to be never taken apart & this has the correct type screen mesh. very odd.. It is not a flat screen that has been pushed in..

i ALSO HAVE AMES HORN. it WAS ON MY 1931 A SPORT COUPE IN 1960
WHEN I BOUGHT THE CAR . IT ALSO HAS THE SCREEN IN REVERSE OF
A SPARTON HORN . WORKER VERY WELL . I REPLACED WITH A SPARTON.
