Brumfield 7.0 head; Where did it go?
It went to La Mesa, Ca. and it looks like it is in great shape. It's going on my '28 long bed roadster pickup with the faucet radiator cap. Yes, I lenghtened the bedi 2 feet,(long story). The engine is being rebuilt for it now at Hansen's Garage in Ramona. A "B" block with "C" crank drilled for pressure and hard chromed journals, inserts, straight valves, Brierley cam, leakless water pump and twin "B" carbs side by side on a stock, bored out to "B" dia. intake modified like Charlie Yapp's backyard racing design. It also has a Columbia two speed rear end. It was a bit expensive but it was maybe the only one for sale in the world so guess I'll call it a birthday present to myself. Hey Larry, what gasket and torque should I use? Ray Beardslee
