Default Our 1923 Ford Model T Touring Car "Hazel"

Hello everyone,

I have posted some here, but I am usually in the Model A forum since she is my daily driver, but I wanted to reintroduce myself.

My name is Jarrod and I am 41 years old. We live in Cincinnati Ohio and over the last year and a half we went down the adventurous road of buying our first Model T.

This adventure was heavily influenced by our 6 years of owning, maintaining, and driving my 1931 Model A Town Sedan. What this really means is I spent money to make sure the end result was a Model T that would give me years of pleasure. I did work where I could and farmed out work to professionals when I knew it would be cheaper and less time consuming than doing all the work myself. The end result is something I am very proud of, is very dependable (as all Model T's are), and a finished product my wife and I can just take out and enjoy.

I have created small YouTube videos as a "journal" documenting our Model T experience up to this point, and hopefully to inspire the younger generation of Model T owners out there.

Let me know what you think!

Thanks Jarrod, for posting these Videos. The Ford Model T's look fantastic, as does the countryside, lovely and green.

Thank you! Hazel is so fun to drive around. My wife and I even drove up to the Model T driving school at the Gilmore Museum before our Model T was done.

It looks like you went about it in the right way. Congratulations. It looks like you are having a good time with it, which is what it is all about.
