Distributor body pin
I have a sheared off distributor body pin at the top of my distributor. Has anybody found a way to remove them when there isn't anything to grab hold of,

Re: Distributor body pin
On broken bolts, pins etc. I build up the end of the bolt or pin with weld using TIG welding. When the weld is high enough I grab the welded portion with Vise Grips and start twisting and turning until the bolt or pin comes loose. This works great when the broken part is below the surface. The trick then is not to weld the broken item to the main body of the part that the bolt or pin is in. The heat from welding helps loosen stubborn items. I know that not everyone has the capability to do this so find a good welder to help out.
