Just the sheet metal? Realistically, about $300 tops. With GOOD stainless trim, $600 - $750.
The Hemmings (linked) grille... the guy listing it is living in yesteryear and / or smoking dope.

The one in Hemmings would cost that much and maybe more to restore it .

I found one at Fall Hershey back in around 2008. It was $1700, but in really good shape.

That was way over my budget, so I painted my silver painted Argentina one black and bought Bob Drakes stainless strips and center piece and restored mine. Think I had to drill 144 very small holes in the reproduction grill to attach the strips. I was pleased with the result and it was in by budget.

If, however, you're going for a Dearborn, then my approach won't cut it!!

Thanks everyone,
I would like to stick with my plan to get a original grille. I plan on going to hershey maybe I'll be able to pick up one at a decent price, hopefully. I did get two fordbarners to reply with options, waiting for one other to reply.

Thanks,

Jim
